Delivery Information

All orders are shipped with DPD and are fully tracked. Where possible you will be emailed with updates and tracking information directly by them.

Our UK delivery options are as follows:

£4.95 Standard Delivery for orders under 10kg.
We will process and dispatch your order within 5 working days. Delivery is usually the following working day after it has been dispatched.

£8.40 Express Delivery for orders under 10kg. 
We will process and dispatch your order within 2 working days. Delivery is usually the following working day after it has been dispatched.

Orders over 10kg will be charged an additional 27p per 1kg.

We may process and dispatch orders faster than the advertised times but this is not guaranteed.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order on time we will contact you as soon as possible and depending on the circumstances you may receive a refund on the cost of delivery. 

It is possible that on occasions delivery takes longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or industrial action.

If your delivery hasn’t arrived within 2 working day after receiving order dispatch confirmation please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into and resolve the issue.
